§ 27.5-42 DAMAGE TO THE MUNICIPAL STORM SEWER SYSTEM.
   It is unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment that is part of the municipal storm sewer system.
