§ 27.5-2 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE.
   For the purpose of interpreting and enforcing the provisions of chapter 27.5 and pursuant to section 1-5 of the Code, the Omaha Regional Stormwater Design Manual (Manual) as the same shall be duly amended by the City of Omaha, Nebraska, from time to time, shall be and hereby is incorporated into chapter 27.5 by this reference. A current copy of the Manual shall be maintained with the director and the city clerk.
