It shall be the duty of all decorative appliance/gas log contractors and installers to abide by and comply with the provisions of chapter 27, sections 27-47 through 27-60 with respect to the authority of the license. Failure to comply with any part of said sections may cause the building official to invoke the revocation process established in said sections.
