The Uniform Mechanical Code, 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this division as though set out in full herein; provided, that whenever any provision of the Uniform Mechanical Code shall conflict with the provisions of the city Code or any other city ordinance, the provision of the city Code or such city ordinance shall govern. Three copies are on file in the office of the Permits and Inspections Department and shall there remain for public use and inspection.
