§ 2-242 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   The members of the civil service commission shall be appointed by the city administrator, with the approval of the city council. At the time of the appointment, not more than three members of the civil service commission, including the one to be appointed, shall be registered electors of the same political party.
