A permit for a sewer tap shall become void six months from the date of its issuance, unless such permit is extended by the Permits and Inspections Department. Within six months of the date of issuance of the sewer tap permit, an applicant may request, in writing, an extension of such permit from the Permits and Inspections Department, which may grant an extension of up to six months.
