§ 27-120 SAME—DENIALS AND APPEALS.
   When any licensed plumber, sewer layer, or engineer/architect has made an application for a permit to make a connection to the city sewer, and such application is denied or refused by the building official, the applicant may appeal to the building board of review for approval.
