The public works department shall furnish the depth and location of public sewers to licensed engineers, architects and plumbers or their agents to secure permits for sewer taps. Reasonable care will be taken to ensure correctness of such information provided, and it will not be guaranteed, as it is for estimating only. Drawings or plans shall accompany the application for a request for a tap.
