§ 27-110 GREASE TRAPS—REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN DRAINS.
   All drains connected with packing houses, butcher shops, rendering establishments, hotels, laundries, and restaurants shall be provided with a suitable grease trap, and such trap shall be cleaned out at least once per week, or more often if necessary. The wastewater superintendent or his/her agent shall be allowed access to grease traps for inspections.
