§ 27-105 PRIVY VAULT OR CESSPOOL.
   No privy vault or cesspool shall be connected with the building sewer. Cesspools may be approved for installation on a temporary or emergency basis by the building official pending the construction of a public sewer or private sewer that will connect to a public sewer.
