§ 27-100 INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF DRAIN PIPES AND SYSTEMS— REQUIRED GENERALLY.
   No drain pipes shall be used until they have been examined and approved by the plumbing inspector. The plumbing inspector shall supervise all building sewer connections made to the public sanitary sewer system and excavations for the purpose of installing or repairing same. Connections to public sewers shall be made by either glued fittings or approved couplings. There may be additional inspections by the wastewater superintendent or his/her agent.
