§ 24-5 BY-LAWS.
   The By-laws of the Bellevue Firefighters Retirement Committee, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked as Exhibit “A” and hereby made a part of this ordinance by this reference, are hereby approved by the City Council, and shall become effective upon the passage, approval and publication of this ordinance.
