§ 24-1 FIREFIGHTERS RETIREMENT COMMITTEE; ESTABLISHED.
   The city council hereby establishes the Firefighters Retirement Committee which shall supervise the general operation of the Fire Department’s retirement system. The city council hereby delegates the responsibility for all functions of the general administration of such retirement system to the Firefighters Retirement Committee.
