§ 23-60 PRIVATELY OPERATED FARMERS’ MARKET HELD ON CITY PROPERTY.
   A Farmers’ Market may be operated privately on City property by an individual or organization upon application, hearing and payment of the appropriate fee for a license following the procedures outlined in Sections 5-36 through 5-40 of this Code. A one-time seasonal fee as stated in the Master Fee Schedule shall be paid by the applicant for a Farmers’ Market license issued under this section. Code Sections 23-53 through 23-59 shall not apply to a privately operated Farmers’ Market license issued under this section.
