All growers and producers shall pay the cleanup deposit provided for in the Master Fee Schedule upon arrival at the market. Growers and producers shall remove all waste and refuse from their spaces before leaving the market. Any refusal or failure by the grower or producer, or their employees or agents, to clean their respective space shall result in forfeiture of the deposit.
