The city shall designate an individual to act as market manager, who shall review the application of any grower, producer or live music entertainment performance offering articles for sale under this article, issue permits and collect fees therefore, assign spaces to growers, producers and live music entertainment performances, establish a system of bookkeeping for the market, and be responsible for maintaining the market’s cleanliness and enforcing the market regulations.
