§ 22-3 APPEAL OF DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   When an application for a permit required by the provisions of this article has been denied by the Chief of Police, or his or her designee, the applicant shall have the right to appeal from such denial to the City Council in the same manner as provided for appeals from a suspension or revocation of a permit in Sec. 22-11.
