§ 21-21 ATTACHED BOAT TRAILER AT HAWORTH PARK REQUIRED DURING BOATING SEASON.
   No person, other than employees in the course of their work, shall be permitted to park a vehicle without an attached boat trailer in the designated parking lot of the public launch area of Haworth Park during the boating season from May 1st through October 31st.
