§ 21-7 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; FIELD TRIALS, ETC.
   No person shall allow his dog or other domestic animal to run at large over the parks, playgrounds or boulevards. Pets must be on leashes. Field trials or special activities may be held by permission of the park superintendent only.
