No person shall carry any rifle, gun, bow and arrow or other weapon of any kind within the parks and playgrounds of the city; nor shall any person fire, discharge or set off any rocket, cracker, torpedo, squib or other firework or anything of an explosive nature without special permission from the city. Permits shall be obtained from the city clerk on forms approved by the city council.
