§ 20-9 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   It shall be unlawful to disturb the peace and good order of the city:
   (A)   By engaging in fighting, violent, tumultuous, or threatening conduct;
   (B)   By engaging in fighting, violent, or threatening language; or
   (C)   By lewd and lascivious behavior.
