§ 20-6 NUDITY FOR PURPOSE OF ENTERTAINMENT.
   (A)   NUDITY shall mean the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks or the human female breast including the nipple or any portion below the nipple with less than a full opaque covering.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person with the intent to provide entertainment, to act as a hostess, or manager or to serve as an employee in any capacity, purposely, or knowingly, to appear in a public place, or in a place to which the public is invited, in a state of nudity.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to provide or present, or direct any performance or dance with the intent to provide entertainment which presents a person in a state of nudity.
