§ 19-91 SAME—MAINTENANCE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for each and every owner, agent, occupant, tenant or person in possession, charge or control of any lot or ground located within the city to permit any nuisance coming under the provisions of this article to remain or exist on such lot or ground.
