§ 19-27 SAME—EXCEPTION FOR LOW MAINTENANCE VEGETATION.
   A low maintenance vegetation exceeding 12 inches may be allowed in areas where, in the discretion of the public works director or his designee, it is not feasible for any owner, agent, occupant, tenant or person in possession, charge or control of any lot or ground to maintain such lot or ground, provided such low maintenance vegetation areas do not present safety issues such as sight distance. Such low maintenance vegetation must meet the specifications as approved by the Papio - Missouri River Natural Resources District or equivalent.
