§ 2-185 BOND RECORDS.
   The city clerk shall keep a record of all outstanding bonds against the city, showing the number and amount of each, for and to whom the bonds were issued. When any bonds are purchased, paid, or canceled, the record shall show that fact. The annual report of the clerk shall particularly include the bonds issued and sold during the year, and the terms of sale, with every item of expense thereof.
