§ 18-135 SIGNAGE AUTHORIZED.
   The director of public works or his or her designee is hereby authorized to place signage along that portion of Franklin Street affected by this article providing notice to the public of the parking prohibition thereon and that violators may be ticketed and towed. Such signs shall constitute due and sufficient notice to the public.
