§ 18-98 SAME—EMERGENCY DECLARATION BY MAYOR.
   Each declaration of an emergency by the mayor or mayor’s designated representative made pursuant to this division of the Bellevue Code shall state the date and time at which a parking prohibition shall take effect, provided that such time shall not be less than two hours after making such declaration. The declaration shall state which streets or parts thereof, are subject to the parking prohibition and may state that parking is prohibited on all or part of the streets of the city. The provisions of each declaration made hereunder shall be broadcast by at least one broadcasting radio or television station with a normal operating range and covering the city. If desired, and if appropriate, the provisions of such declaration may also be printed in newspapers of general circulation covering the city.
