(A) All motor vehicles parked on Mission Street, from Fort Crook Road east to the east city limits, and on Franklin Street from 23rd Avenue north, to the north city limits, whether attended or not, shall be parked parallel and adjacent to the curb.
(B) Except when loading or unloading, no motor vehicle with a rated capacity of five-ton gross vehicle weight shall be allowed to park on Mission Street at any time.
(C) The street departments shall erect and maintain curb signs, placed in visible positions from the street, designating either the manner of parking or the prohibition of parking in the described area.
