§ 18-89 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of;
   (A)   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   (B)   Greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
