§ 17-23 LOCATION OF MOBILE HOMES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to locate a mobile home less than 25 feet from any public street or highway or so that any part of such mobile home will obstruct any roadway or walkway in a mobile home park.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to allow:

(1) Any mobile home to be occupied in a mobile home park unless the mobile home is situated on a mobile home space.

(2) An independent mobile home is to be located on a dependent mobile home space.
