§ 15-175 HEARING WHEN DENIED.
   Any person whose application for a permit to operate a rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home has been denied may request and shall be granted a hearing on the matter before the Permits and Inspections Department under the procedure provided by section 15-23.
