§ 15-160 APPLICABILITY OF OTHER SECTIONS TO SECOND CLASS DWELLINGS.
   No person shall operate a second class dwelling and no person shall occupy any second class dwelling unit in a second class dwelling unless all of the requirements of sections 15-97—15-122 and article III of this chapter are complied with.
