It shall be the duty of the operator of a rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home to report to the Permits and Inspections Department within 24 hours the name of any person living in the rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home who is suffering from any communicable disease, and such report shall be made whenever there is reason to believe or suspect that any person in such rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home may be afflicted with any communicable disease.
