§ 15-155 SAME—HANGING SCREENS, STORM DOORS, ETC.
   The operator of a rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home shall be responsible for hanging all screens and double or storm doors and windows whenever the same are required under the provisions of this chapter or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant hereto.
