§ 15-153 SAME—RUBBISH STORAGE.
   Adequate rubbish storage containers whose type and location are approved shall be supplied by the rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home operator. The operator shall be responsible for the disposal of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in the required containers.
