§ 15-147 SAME—RESIDENCE OF CHILDREN.
   No child under 16 years of age shall live or sleep in a rooming house unless he resides in a dwelling unit contained therein or is accompanied by a parent or a guardian. No child under 16 years of age shall live or sleep in a hotel for a period of more than 30 days in any calendar year unless he resides in a dwelling unit contained therein.
