§ 15-136 CONTENTS OF OCCUPANCY RECORD CARD.
   Every occupancy record card shall list the maximum number of persons that may reside in the total of all rooming units, second class dwelling units, hotel units and nursing home units located in the dwelling or portions thereof for which the rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home permit is issued. The occupancy record card shall also list the maximum number of persons which may occupy each individual rooming unit, second class dwelling unit, hotel unit or nursing unit located in the dwelling or portions thereof for which the rooming house, second class dwelling unit, hotel unit or nursing unit located in the dwelling or portions thereof for which the rooming house, second class dwelling, hotel or nursing home permit issued. Whenever the operator is required to file a certificate of occupancy in accordance with the provisions of section 15-172, all of the rooming units, second class dwelling units, hotel units and nursing home units listed on the occupancy record card shall be located in such portions of the dwelling as are permitted to be occupied under the provisions of the certificate of occupancy.
