§ 15-116 SAME—GARBAGE DISPOSAL OR STORAGE FACILITIES.
   Every occupant of a dwelling containing one dwelling unit and every occupant of a dwelling containing two dwelling units, except as provided in section 15-49, shall furnish adequate garbage disposal facilities or garbage storage containers whose type and location are approved.
