§ 15-112 DWELLING UNIT OCCUPANT—CLEANLINESS.
   Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall keep and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and premises thereof which he occupies or controls.
