§ 15-110 CLEANLINESS OF PUBLIC AREAS.
   Every owner of a dwelling containing three or more dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and premises thereof which are used or shared by the occupants of three or more dwelling units.
