§ 15-104 SUPPLIED PLUMBING FIXTURES.
   Every supplied plumbing fixture and water and waste pipe shall be properly installed in accordance with the plumbing code of the city, and maintained in safe, sanitary working condition free from leaks, defects and obstructions.
