Every front entrance, rear entrance and basement entrance door shall be not less than two feet and four inches in width and not less than six feet and six inches in height. Every window, exterior door and basement hatchway shall be reasonably weathertight and rodentproof; and shall be kept in a reasonably good working condition and a reasonably good state of maintenance and repair.
