§ 15-95 ANIMALS.
   No animal shall be kept in any dwelling or part thereof. Nor shall any animal be kept in any lot thereof or premises of a dwelling except household pets without first obtaining a permit from the Permits and Inspections Department, except as provided by city ordinances.
