§ 15-89 STORAGE OF DANGEROUS ARTICLES.

No person shall use any portion of any multiple dwelling, rooming house, hotel or nursing home as a place of storage for any article or material that is combustible or highly inflammable, dangerous or detrimental to health, or which is so placed that it may impede egress.
