§ 15-86 RETAINING WALLS, SIDEWALKS, ETC.
   All retaining walls shall be maintained in a reasonably good state of repair, and all sidewalks and patios shall be maintained in a reasonably good state of repair free from obstructions, holes and uneven joints and free from ice and snow during the winter months.
