§ 15-63 SAME—MINIMUM FLOOR AREA FOR DWELLING UNIT.
   (A)   Every dwelling unit not used for light housekeeping and consisting of only one habitable room shall contain at least 120 square feet of habitable room floor area.
   (B)   Every dwelling unit used for light housekeeping and consisting of only one habitable room shall contain at least 150 square feet of habitable floor area.
