§ 15-58 SAME—SCREENS FOR BASEMENT OR CELLAR WINDOWS.
   Every dwelling having two or more basement or cellar windows which are openable shall have a screen on each of the two windows which screen shall cover the entire window. Where there is only one openable basement window, it shall be similarly screened. Such screens shall have a wire mesh of not less than number 16.
