§ 15-35 SAME—RENTS UNCOLLECTIBLE.
   The tenants of any building which has been placarded as unsafe or unfit for human habitation shall not be held liable and no rent shall be recoverable by the owner or lessee for any period following the date that the placard declaring the premises unsafe or unfit for human habitation was affixed thereto.
