§ 15-6 NUISANCES.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed or interpreted to in any way impair or limit the authority of the city to define and declare nuisances or of the Permits and Inspections Department, the chief of police or other city officials to cause the removal or abatement of nuisances by summary proceedings or other appropriate proceedings.
