§ 14-8 AUTHORITY OF MAYOR WITHIN TWO MILES OF CITY.
   The mayor is invested with jurisdiction over all places within two miles of the city for the enforcement of health and quarantine provisions of this Code and other city ordinances and regulations of the city.
